You are not alone. Over 1,300 people experience homelessness each night in Cincinnati.
Admission CriteriaIn order to be accepted as a guest at Interfaith Hospitality Network, you must be currently homeless and have children. Due to our 3:00 p.m. curfew, Interfaith Hospitality Network is not recommended for people whose work hours would prohibit them meeting this curfew. You are not allowed to drink alcohol or use drugs while in the Interfaith Hospitality Network program. We do not accept guests who have a legal history of violent crimes or crimes against children. We do accept guests with other legal records, but this is evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Interfaith Hospitality Network is not recommended for people experiencing domestic violence, but we can refer you to an appropriate resource. CAP Line/Intake ProcessIf you need shelter, please call (513) 381-7233 (SAFE). This is the Central Access Point (CAP) number for all family shelters in Cincinnati. Please be prepared for a wait time on this call. A CAP worker will conduct a brief assessment with you and direct you to the family shelter in Cincinnati that most closely meets the needs of your family. Unfortunately, due to the high need, our shelters are frequently full. The CAP worker will be able to work with you to find alternatives if shelter beds are not available. ↑ Return to Top More questions? See our Guest FAQs Partner Organizations ↑ Return to Top
