Together, they create a case plan to find stable housing and sometimes employment. The case plan increases their likelihood of successful housing retention because it includes:
Homeless Children Thrive and GrowIn collaboration with the UC College of Medicine, this program addresses the needs of children under 13 years old (over 200 children a year). The children are assessed for developmental delays, on-going medical issues, lead exposure, anemia and immunization delay; and then therapy is initiated or a referral for services is provided.
Transportation

During the day we provide Van Service to take guests to and from appointments critical to their search for housing and other needs such as health care and job related services.
